چکیده
Background. Pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm (PMCN) with associated invasive carcinoma is a rare entity. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) 2010, PMCN referred malignant lesions of pancreatic epithelial tumour. Case report. A 52-year-old female patient presented pain in umbilical and epigastric regions for 5 months noticed solid visible tumour on left side abdomen 3 ago when she lied down. The level CA125 was 47.64 U/ml (normal value <35 U/ml). Abdominal pelvic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed multiseptal mass iliac region, defined as ovary tumour, while Computed tomography scan revealed tail. underwent resection tail 20 cm splenectomy hemicolectomy. Histopathology report confirmed (combined badly differentiated (G3) ductal (40%) undifferentiated (G4) anaplastic (60%) carcinoma) pT1bN0. Postoperative course complicated wound infection. discharged postoperative day 10. still alive 2 years follow-up. Conclusions. carcinomas are pancreas relatively benign course. This displays morphologies pleomorphic cells mononuclear spindle cells, not always tends have underlying ovarian type stroma. comprehensive histopathological examination necessary order cure most MCN patients minimally types.

Concomitant pancreatic endocrine neoplasm and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm: a case report and literature review
We report a case of concomitant pancreatic endocrine neoplasm (PEN) and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN). A 74-year-old man had been followed-up for mixed-type IPMN for 10 years. Recent magnetic resonance images revealed an increase in size of the branch duct IPMN in the pancreas head, while the dilation of the main pancreatic duct showed minimal change. Although contrast-enhanced...

We report a case of mucinous cystic neoplasm of pancreas with sarcomatous stroma metastasizing to the liver. The tumor occurred in a male patient aged 46 years. Symptoms included persistent epigastric and right upper quadrant pain. Radiographically, the pancreas contained four large cystic masses located in the neck, body, and tail. Histologically, the cysts were lined with benign, mucinous epi...

This case was an old woman who had been suffering from peripancreatic space occupying lesions for more than 3 years. She underwent distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. Under a microscopic examination, the tumor was composed of well-differentiated mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) and poorly differentiated anaplastic giant-cell carcinoma. Tumor giant-cells engulfing the neutrophils were visible i...

Hepatobiliary cystadenomas (HBC) is a rare neoplasm which comprising less than one percent of liver cystic neoplasms. Although it's known as a benign tumor, but they have a potential for neoplastic transformation. Making a proper diagnosis and ruling out of other differential diagnosis is important because of different treatment. In the present study, we described a case of HBC manifested as id...
